Meet Lila Carillo Rodriguez, a LeadStrong alumna who shares her cohort fellowship experience and more.

Dear colleagues, leaders, and change-makers,

We are excited to announce our 2024 Women of Color LeadStrong Fellowship! A fellowship designed to center the lived experience and well-being of women of color leaders in the social sector who work towards social justice and racial equity.

We are recruiting women of color who are passionate social justice change-agents and hold leadership positions from social sector organizations in San Francisco, Alameda, and Contra Costa, for the upcoming February 2024 - January 2025 LeadStrong Fellowship. Whether it's you or someone you know, our fellowship offers a transformative space where learning, growth, healing, and dynamic discussions meet to foster change. By becoming part of our LeadStrong community, you'll connect with like-minded leaders, participate in thought-provoking learning experiences, and engage in discussions that have the power to shape perspectives. Apply Today!

“LeaderSpring is a powerful and important opportunity for women of color leading organizations to connect and challenge each other to disrupt and break systems that no longer serve us. Being part of this cohort provided a respite during a tumultuous time not only for leaders but for this country at large.”
