2024 Annual Impact Report

As we reflect on a remarkable year, we are thrilled to share the success stories and milestones highlighted in our 2024 Annual Report. This year, we held three incredible cohorts—2024 Women of Color LeadStrong, 2024 African American Women LeadStrong, and 2025 Native American and Alaska Native Women LeadStrong. These cohorts have joined our Alumni Network, now serving over 10.8 million clients across the Bay Area.
