Introducing Our Upcoming Cohort

Dear Community,

It is an honor and joy to announce the inaugural Native American and Alaska Native Women LeadStrong Fellows! These incredible individuals bring with them a wealth of knowledge, cultural diversity, and a deep commitment to their communities. Over the next 18 months, they will embark on a transformative journey of learning and collaboration that supports their growth and also contributes significantly to the advancement of indigenous perspectives and leadership within the social sector.

Throughout this program, fellows will engage in critical dialogue and analyze structural systems, which will empower them to navigate complex challenges, enhance their leadership capacities, and support their well-being as leaders. They will also explore ways to advance equity and social justice through a power-sharing, community-focused lens, enabling them to develop bold solutions for pressing community issues.

So, join us in welcoming The Native American and Alaska Native LeadStrong cohort! Their dedication to preserving and enhancing their cultural heritage, as well as their commitment to fostering change, is truly inspiring. We look forward to embarking on this journey and are excited to see the difference they will bring to our organizations and communities.

In service and gratitude,

The LeaderSpring Team
