In this Spring season of transition and change, we invite you to extend heartfelt wishes, big hugs, and celebrations to our Co-Executive Director, Dr. Sonia BasSheva Mañjon. After seven years of fierce and bold leadership, she is embarking on a new and wonderful adventure and is stepping down from her leadership role at LeaderSpring Center.
During her tenure, Sonia has been an inspiring force, leading with passion and dedication. Under her guidance, LeaderSpring has flourished, achieving significant milestones and impacting so many lives. Her visionary leadership has guided us through major transitions, including long-term leadership transitions, the challenges posed by a global pandemic, and the successful launch of initiatives like the Women of Color LeadStrong Fellowship.
As we bid farewell to Sonia, we reflect on her immense contributions to our organization and the impact she leaves behind. While her departure marks the end of an era, we are confident in the strength of our team and the foundation Sonia has helped us build. With the leadership of our Co-Executive Director, Safi Jiroh, and the dedication of our staff, we are poised to continue our mission of empowering leaders and driving transformative change in our community.
