Cynthia does an incredible job of nurturing our group,
building trust between us, giving us the room to shape our own Fellowship
experience. She herself is a great role model, and has a wealth
of experience about group dynamics, facilitation, leadership, and
board governance to teach us. I also appreciate her energy in creating
new opportunities for us, by finding the best trainers, introducing
us to our mayor, thinking through how to have truly meaningful interactions.
Renee Okamura, Associate Director

partners in building healthy communities and organizations, EBALDC
wants to recognize your efforts in increasing the effectiveness
of social justice community leaders through your nonprofit leadership
program.” |
